Minor bug, but I just received the conquitdaor helmet, but kruber isn’t wearing it either when I inspect the character or try it out.

Seems you have the classic (Champion of Ubersreik) hero skin applied, which the hats aren’t compatible with unfortunately as these particular skins are considered to be ‘Full-Body’ skins. This may change at a later date.
