Error 4001 kicking me at mission end

Issue Description (Required):

At the end of mission screens it boots me to operative selection. It does this at random, but always just before the end of mission screen. Keeps my penances but not my xp.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Finish mission
  2. Get booted to operative selection before EOM screen

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Common (<50%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam

This keeps happening to me too and I don’t use mods at all, nor have I ever.
