Error 4001 after completing mission (before reward screen)

Issue Description (Required):

For every 2-3 missions, the game wont load the post-mission screen after finishing a mission, Instead the character selection screen is loaded with the error 4001 and therefore no rewards for completing the mission. Thanks for the help in Advance!

I have the exact same issue, I have it pretty much since I started playing Darktide (which was after the Unlocked and Loaded Update).
I did post infos in the Backend Error thread, because I get that one along with the 4001 (varies)
