For a long time now, I have noticed that some environmental effects have completely disappeared from the game.
Power outages and air pollution seem to be completely absent.
I especially miss the power outage. Missions with this effect were the most fun.
Is there a reason why these effects were removed?

Not sure about others, but I heard the dark level was taken out of rotation because it wasn’t working properly. I think they should’ve communicated this instead of just letting us fish through posts. Probably the same thing happened with the others.
It should be fixed now. I bet the system responsible encountered yet another bug 
Yeah, “fixed.” Now all I ever get is power outage levels. Makes no sense. I thought special conditions would have more variation not be flavor of the week.
