Enemy ragdoll wounds vanishing

Sometimes when an enemy is shot/killed with a visible hole it sometimes vanishes when you walk to them

Steps to Reproduce:
Shoot stuff and walk back and fourth to see the wound vanish/body cleaned, especially on poxwalkers

@FatsharkCatfish Also having these actually trigger in general is super inconsistent, I can shoot a guy in the face 2 times with specific weapons and he’ll just have a ugly purple bruise, they really need to revamp their entire gore system, I should be able to cut apart every part of the body, bisceting an enemy makes it so their head and arms have to stay on and can’t be interacted with and require that no limbs are severed before the effect can trigger, give us a system exactly like dead island 2’s or reference back to threads I’ve made about the gore I want for this game, it would personally make playing the game for me so much more enjoyable when I can cut and shoot apart guys dynamically like if I were playing something like redfaction/teardown where you can destroy things in tiny miniscule ty

adding to this as well, some of the dreg gore stumps are pitch black around the pelvis/torso area
