Enemies spawn in clear view behind players

Several examples from the last two weeks of playing.

(this one was before the recent weapon balance patch)

If you’ve ever been in a situation where you were hit from behind by an enemy you were sure wasnt there. I want you to know I believe you.

Not very reproducable, happens sporadically.

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Rare (<10%)

Yes, often I look behind and there’s nothing behind me, and then when I turn back around I get hit in the back a fraction of a second after. Enemies spawning behind me and immediately attacking is the worst part of this game.
