Issue Description (Required):
After the update my 500 power level revolver was reduced to 490, with its originally 60% mobility being reduced to 59% and everything else 80%. After I upgraded it back to 500 its stat distribution changed. The mobility stat became 61% and the reload speed stat became 79%.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Have weapon that had its power level changed after the update
- Empower said weapon
