Empowered 500 level weapons downgraded

Sometimes after ending a mission the weapon used in that mission will appear with lower power level.
For example: i played a damnation mission with my zealot with a catachan combat knife that was recently bought it and empowered to level 500, after ending the mission and looking at my gear the weapon appear with level 490.
I cannot specify wich steps or requirements to make this happen because it happens ramdonly it hapened to my zeaalot and veterans weapons, forcing me to spend more materials, i asked to some console players and this hapened as well to them

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

i cannot specify wich steps need to do to reproduce because i dont know whta triggers this bug.
I have played many hours with normality, no disconection, no errors, no ctd until i realized that weapons that i empowered after some mission they appear with lower level.
When i realized about this bug i player some missions after playing Hourglass sand map and completing the mission the bug appeared but after playing again the same mission with other weapons after completing the mission the weapons were fine.

It’s intentional, those weapons had rounding errors before the patch which was now fixed. Before the patch they were 500 but were missing a stat, so they were i.e. 80/80/80/80/59. Their solution was to reset those weps to 490 to let you upgrade them to 80/80/80/80/60 as it’s fixed now

But i am talking about weapons bought it after the patch.
Most recently i bought a catachan sword last week i spended material to make it power level 500 then this week after a mision my weapon was 490.
