Empowered Psionics applies to surge staff along with Smite addons

Issue Description:
Surge gets 125% damage from Empowered Psionics and jumps to one extra target from Smite. Sucks the fun out because the challenge isn’t there. If this exploit gets used by a decent psyker you can just walk through an auric damnation mission without issue. You’d need another player for some boss damage but that’s it.
FIX IT ASAP PLEASE it sucks when 90% of the psykers you play with exploits.

PS: I know you CM’s are just the messengers but these exploits sucks all the fun out of the game and needs hotfixing asap and should be prioritized as first message to the team.

For real fix this already, we just got a hotfix that didn’t fix this. Every game has a psyker exploiting this bug and it’s really lame to play with.

I don’t even WANT this to be a thing, since surge force staff is my favorite and empowered psionics is key to my Scrier’s Gaze brain rupture chaining build so this just keeps happening even though I don’t want it to.

I don’t want to get used to the insane oneshotting damage of the surge staff since it’s ridiculous >.<
