Issue Description (Required):
The Dum Dum blessing appears on the new buff bar, but it has a minor bug. Dum-Dum refreshes its duration when you hit stuff, but this is not reflected on the UI. The icon will tick down as if it is expiring, but the duration is being refreshed in the background and the icon will only disappear when the buff actually ends.
In order to fix this the icon should refresh after every new hit and thus display the actual duration.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Take an infantry autogun with dum-dum blessing and shoot a crusher in the psykanium, notice how the icon on the buff bar stacks up to 5 but does not refresh after that. I was using a columnus specifically but this bug probably affects any weapon with the dum dum blessing.
