Issue Description:
dueling mk 5 sword cant hold block/light attack/some other actions and cast telekenetic dome shield. some other weapons have this problem too, mainly dueling swords i tested. but the mk 5 has it the worst. cant hold block and cast shield ult. take the combat knife as baseline and make all the weapons streamlined like that one when casting the dome shield. its pretty smooth and seem to be able pop the bubble shield whenever even after immediate light attack. dueling swords are borked for casting it.

take mk 5 dueling sword, hold block, try to cast dome shield
