Using “Shift” for example as a bind for both “sprint” and “dodge” causes sprinting when diagonally moving forward instead of dodging, when dodge on diagonal forward option is toggled on.
Steps to Reproduce:
Bind dodge+sprint on the same key (shift for example).
Toggle ON “Dodge on diagonal forward”.
Move diagonally forward (W and A buttons at the same time for example) and press dodge/sprint button.
The result is sprint when it should be a dodge with the diagonal dodge option enabled.
How is this not a bug? If there is a separate option made performing dodge when you are moving diagonally forward, why doesn’t the character perform the said action if the option is enabled? The option should override any other conditions, otherwise what is the point?
Current situation means the option to “dodge on diagonal forward” Doesn’t work at all. Why even allow binding sprint+dodge to the same button in that case?
Fixing the option to work would give people a choice if they want dodge OR sprint to happen on diagonal forward movement and the key press. Now there is no choice even if the game supposedly gives you one.
