But

It’s worded as if it does but may not be visible buff like other up to mechanics

Max stacks being the 15%, it is a nerf to fully charged but also if its built like thrust a full bonus will be quicker than the “fully charge” of original and more useable for short charges. Most people just skipped this talent so now it’s going to find some use for players and the fast paced gameplay.

It’s a nice change but still not a good talent.
The reward for fully charging is too little for the risk you are taking. 30% impact for fully charging? With slam you get flat 25% always acting, 15% extra damage? You probably would do more DPS releasing the attack as soon as it’s ready.

Many ingame descriptions in this game are terrible and even flat out wrong.

In case of Thrust and a bunch of other stacking effects, the descriptions usually say “up to… stacks x times”.
But “up to…” is the opposite of what is correct.
For example, in case of Thrust, it is not up to +20% strength, based on charge time.
20% is not the max value that you get at 3 stacks, but the minimum value that you get at one stack.

Up to +20% Strength based on the charge time of your heavy attacks. Stacks 3 times.

Charging a heavy attack gradually builds up 3 stacks of Thrust, increasing your power by 20% per stack. :check_mark:

In case of this reworked talent, the description is bad and it is not even consistent with the other wrong descriptions that say “up to…”, since it does not mention an amount of stacks.
How difficult can it be to have someone write descriptions that are actually correct? Especially in those cases, where the description is completely wrong?
