It’s mostly due to the havoc modifiers increasing the enemy melee damage, melee attack corruption, poxwalker base corruption damage and the lowered player health. The attack corrupts you below 1 wound threshold and then kills you. You’d have to stack more hp and corruption res to not risk being one-shot in melee by certain enemies.
I see, thanks for explanation, hopefully stacking 3 15% corroruption resis on curios would help, the thing is it’s just 1 minion that can kill with 2 shots, that’s why it seemed weird lol
This is why I despise the Havoc endgame mode—the enemy stats are bloated beyond reason, while our own are gutted, as if the devs never bothered to test how things play out on the higher difficulties.
