Did not receive H40 chest after reset

Issue Description (Required):

Every week I complete an H40 around the time of reset just to make sure I will always receive my chest even if I can’t play more during the week. This week, I have confirmed teammate validation that we completed an H40 ( QIangIQ 3772942112 always is around for a quick run ) and I did not receive my rewards this week.

Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from our backend developers, and we in Support are unable to determine or grant missed Havoc rewards :frowning:

I’ll try to chase this and will let you know when I received a response.
