Deranking from helping lower level havoc runners still a thing in spite of saying otherwise

A player of a higher Assignment Rank will not lose a charge upon being a participant in a lower ranked mission that failed.

This isn’t working. We still get demoted/lose charges for joining lower levels and failing.

Be a higher rank, lose in a lower rank match

It SAYS that… but It’s still counting the charges as gone. Demoted twice today.
Seriously, they shouldn’t have even considered a penalty system before fixing the 2 years of bugs “acknowledged” imo.
