Simple ways to nerf gold toughness (not cooldown related)

I don’t think gold toughness is a bad mechanic per se, most of the issues come from how much you can spam them thanks to the ludicrous amount of CDR Regardless, even if that is solved somehow, I think there are 2 changes that I’d like to have for it 1- It should not deny overheads from maulers and crushers Quite simple, the point is that they make you go down, don’t allow someone to bypass that just because they pressed F before 2- Damage Reduction should not apply to the over toughness For…

I think these 2 changes would heavily reduce the power of over toughness without the need to kill the mechanic of having extra toughness
