Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Same issue here. I have to terminate the game just to get out after the backend error prompt. Kinda disappointed in the response to this serious infrastructure issue. I’m not willing to buy a vpn just to play so hopefully this issue is fixed before the prepurchase early play is over; it was kinda the point of prepurchasing the game.

Has anyone gotten a result on this? I’ve had the game for over a week, and I have yet to get past the part where it says press enter to sign in. It’s incredibly frustrating watching my friends play this game, while I cannot, especially since the only solution I’ve found is to reinstall the game. Which has not worked for me yet after over a dozen reinstalls.
