Right before Eastern Maisberg Mine (after long uphill passage) chaos spawn, eh, spawned. Decided to bite my head off and we both fell through the floor of the map. I ended up dead at respawn point, C. spawn appeared same location above the floor and messed around with my teammates. Tome i carried lost.
