Damage resistance curio perks do nothing against mutator breeds

Issue Description (Required):

The curio perks that provide damage resistance against Mutants and Pox Hounds do nothing against the mutator breed variants; cultist_mutant_mutator and chaos_hound_mutator don’t seem to have corresponding damage reduction stat buffs (that could be added to the relevant gadget traits).

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Equip curios with respective perks
  2. Compare damage taken by regular breeds vs. mutator breeds

instead of fixing this i vote for the removal of mutant and hound resistances from curios and being replaced with ANYTHING ELSE
for example -20% chance to get a curio or +10% ammo, hell even jump distance would be more useful.
