Curio refine costs misquoted

Issue Description:
When I refine a curio, the quoted amount is usually (but not always) less than the amount deducted from my account. When I refine a weapon, I do not see the same problem.

Platform:
Steam

Reproduction Rate:
Often (<75%)

Supporting Evidence:

Before refining. Quoted cost is 10 diamantine and 65 plasteel.

This explains why yesterday evening I had the exact amount of plasteeel required for a refine but everytime I clicked “refine” a red box with a message error appeared. I’m sorry I was too lazy take screenshots and/or verify what were the actual numbers involved.
