Perpetual Error for quite a long time. When the twitch vote “orbs” occurs if I get hit there is a high chance of me crashing. Also when playing a Slaneesh modifier where " damage to you carries over to teammates". If a teammate touches an orb and I am “Tethered” to him I CTD.

No error logs show in the inital crash dialog box.
