Crashing on alt+tab and windowed mode

For few weeks now the game crashes if I atl+tab out of it or if I even try to run it in windowed (it doesn’t crash in fullscreen mode). I tried running under lowest setting, low res, dx11 or dx12 but issue still remains. I did notice the crashes started after either the new patch or new nvidia driver install.

Tried the clean-driver reinstallation and the problem still remains : /
