Crashing in various stages in the game

I am running into various crashes with the following logs:

Try either:

  • Switching to DirectX 11
  • Lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count to 6

Both can be done within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu!

Do you think it could be faulty hardware?

It’s hard to know, have you had problems with your hardware in the past?

Your crashes aren’t very descriptive unfortunately, so it is somewhat of a shot in the dark.

It is a relatively new pc, and a friend of mine got the exact same setup and components, and he runs it just fine maxed out. So i’ve been trying some other games like control and battlefront 2 on max settings and it works just fine.

Also the keep and the levels run buttery smooth and look beautiful, and I have no performance issues before it crashes randomly. Too bad there is no indication what went wrong in the crash dumps!

It pains me that the game is unplayable now :(. As always, thanks for the support!
