My game did this too. I decreased my worker threads down to 6 from 9 on the launcher options menu. It’s not available in the in-game options so you have to do it there. Some people have had to keep reducing it down to one but that does impact performance.
i have had this exact same issue since the closed beta. every single game it crashes after the rewards screen (victory or defeat) and crashing when loading back into the mourningstar. no insight what so ever since posting about it several days ago
Noticed this is running constantly. Not sure if these is what people call a memory leak.
This shows up 100% of the time I load up the game and remains running till I close the game. If I close it, the game seems to load faster or stop the infinite loading.
Yesterday I played almost flawlessly but I hadn’t updated my graphics driver in a while and because of this I had not that good of a framerate (like 45 to 50ish) but it was playable.
Today I wanted to get rid of this and updated my drivers and that’s when the aformentioned crashes at the rewards screen started to happen.
Maybe there are some relations to this so I hope this helps at least a tiny bit
1: Play as Ogryn
2: Finish Map
3: Reach rewards and XP screen
3b: No rewards or XP given
4: Stuck on loading screen to Mourningstar
5: Stuck forever, have to restart game
6: Backend Error on login screen- have to mash Okay/Space until it lets me log back in
7: I still receive currency/plasteel/etc. but no end-of-round weapons
XP shows as 0
NB: SOMETIMES it works and I get all the XP and unlocks I was missing, but most of the time I get nothing and have to restart the game.
patch 1.0.13 now I either crash the same way
or
I disconnect with the Error Code:2001 and I end up at the operator choice selection screen. If I click start, the game crashes.
