Crashing at Talent Tree Screen

For some reason, without fail, my game crashes the second I enter my operator’s talent tree screen. I’ve updated my graphics driver, re-installed twice and had steam verify my game files integrity, but it is still happening. I don’t overlock anything and it’s not a heat issue.Has anyone else had this problem? It’s game breaking for me.
