Hi @PandaSamma,

I can see the GPUs being detected are Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 and Microsoft Basic Render Driver, which unfortunately do not meet the minumum requirements for Vermintide 2. As they cannot handle the demand this is likely to result in crashes.

Do you have another GPU that isn’t being detected?

ah. Sorry for wasting your time then. I got the game as a gift and didn’t know I didn’t meet the requirements.
