Crash when starting game from launcher

Game does not start when trying to open from launcher. Error code 30005.
Previously was in game and completed the weekly expedition to obtain dual dagger illusion, but could not apply the illusion against existing weapons (process of applying illusion won’t complete)
Could be the dual dagger illusion’s corrupting the game file somehow?

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Open launcher from steam
  2. Press ‘Play’ button
  3. Game would come up with the loading splash art and then crash with launch error message
