Crash to desktop after the recent patch

Fairly common crash to desktop after the recent patch. Sorry for the .zip file, but the original crash report is over 4MB…

I have no corrupt files, and a clean installation of the most recent GPU drivers.

I can’t see any crash data in the log unfortunately, do you have another one you could upload?

Annoyingly, I still can’t see much of a reason for the crash. :frowning: It’s very much a shot in the dark.

Could you try running through the remaining solutions listed here, please?: [PC] How to Resolve Most Crashes in Vermintide 2 – Fatshark

Failing that, as this is understandably an inconvenience, I’m happy to contact Steam and request that they process a refund for you should you rather take that option.

This is unrelated to the OP’s issue and is actually a result of the latest update to the ‘Bot Improvements - Combat’ mod. Please see here for more information: June 2021 - Known Issues List – Fatshark

I tweaked my graphical options a bit. For years I had ran a custom low settings mix, which recently started giving me FPS drops. Upon resetting config to high settings I started getting far better frames, but also these crashes. I switched off few options, especially the physics. So far no crashes.
