Crash repeatly while openning lobby

Didn’t play the game for a while and just download it from Steam. I did tried disable all the mods but have no luck on it, it crashes everytime I open the lobby. Please help and thank you!

Somehow I can get to the lobby safely if I only disable the DLC: wind of magic.
