Crash on startup (only official server)

Game keep crushing every time I try to start it.
I’ve tried to change graphic settings and lower threads (down to 1 even) - didn’t help. I’ve also tried to change DX vercion during my attempts to run the game.

My GPU drivers is latest Nvidia drivers and this is only app that doesn’t work for me.

I’ve tried to reinstall the game, to verify it’s files and to install the game to a different disk even.

P.S. for some reason there is disk “D” in log (attached) but there are no such directry there since game is on disk B.

UPD: Problem seems to be occurring only in the official server.
Modded started up just fine.

As this only occurs in Official realm, this indicates the issue is Easy Anti-Cheat related.

Are any additional errors or messages shown on screen when the game crashes?

It’s possible that a background application may be interfering, so I recommend trying a ‘Selective Startup’. This can be performed by:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal

If the error no longer persists after having performed the Selective Startup, you will need to re-enable each of your usual background applications one-by-one until the error reoccurs, to determine which is interfering with Easy Anti-Cheat.
