Crash at entering game (Mourningstar)

Issue Description (Required):

I started playing on Windows 10 and managed to play about 2 missions (40 minutes or so) and then crash - getting the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error suggesting it’s something regarding GPU.
Turned off Portraits
Validated files in steam
Changed worker threads to different values including 1
Tried using different FSRs and changing various video settings on and off

After that i did the following:
Fresh install of Window 11 on an SSD drive
Latest drivers for GPU
Latest BIOS
No overclocking on GPU or CPU
Checked for loose components (SSDs and graphics card etc.) and all seems to be in place/good order
Checked temps on GPU and CPU and all is well
On top of that i did all the things i did before new install of OS listed above

When i start the game now i crash in between half a minute to a few minutes (as early as the character selection screen to just hanging about on the Mourningstar). I don’t even get to select mission.
As i check Cosmetics the icon pics for chest, legs and head loads super slow/choppy and as i scroll down to the bottom of the legs cosmetics (same goes for all cosmetics btw) and let them load in and then scrolls back up the game needs to reload those top side pics again.

The crash is a REALLY HARD crash that results in a black screen and then a restart of my pc. So no crash report whatsoever. There are logs though.

This does indicate a driver or hardware-related issue unfortunately, I’m not sure we’ll be able to help much here.
