Each time I reopen the game my cosmetics roll back to previously equipped items. This bug has occured since the 5 year anniversary event started.

Same here but it’s also switching out my weapons and giving me new item notifications for items I’ve had like the V1 outfits and paid hats.
Verifying game integrity does not appear to help.

Cosmetics and weapons too. Very often do I find old loadouts on careers that I’ve adjusted, and especially if I switch between official and modded.

It happens to me all the time now since the 5 year anniversary started and I haven’t touched modded realm at all since the beginning of the year…

This is an exceptionally annoying issue, and is the result of a hiccup in our backend. It’s a high-priority issue in our database and I hope we can solve it very soon.

The same thing happens to not just cosmetics but all items you are wearing.
Each time i open my game i have a mix of different builds. Thank god for loadout manager mod?
