i love this update. please keep pushing updates without flamer nerfs, and ideally maybe a buff or two (so i can finally clear heresy LI ) to make it competitive with the other guns.

So many new weapons and improvements. And none of it matters in the slightest since you still refuse to allow Solo players to access Private mode.

You still need to give me the one feature I need to enjoy the game before I will return to the game.

It’s around power sword level strength or higher.

that would be real game and content changer. as 9 to 5 worker i dont have time to grind and fight with rng on multiple characters to get good weapons. it would just spread effort too much.

if we got shared inventory and shared resources while keeping sperate melk store&contracts, starting additional characters would be no brainer as it would not punish me in any way.

i have tons of good gear on my vet main that zelot could use, but i dont want to grind again to get there.

if someone says that it would kill the progression experience, sure i get it, just enable sharing once you hit lvl30. prior to that keep it locked to get the progression experience.

Wow! This actually exceeded my expectations. Well done to the fatshark team.

Nice job, between this. The blessings of the omnissiah, and the modding policy which encourages quality of life mods, fatshark has made up much of the good will with me that they lost since release. One more update of this quality or better and i may well rescind my current “no more aquilas” rule

Edit: thought id add a couple of bits of constructive criticism

  1. Im ok with crucian being a bit nerfed on revolvers and HH rifles. But revolvers in general could use a little love, if the base line revolver were better they would be less need for the like 100% crit chance revolver builds.

  2. Was it really the best use of resources to redesign your hub and presumably create some new art assets for the hub redesign rather than put in hotkeys? A feature which already exists in mods and vt2. I realise it feels bad just ripping off a mod that someone made but taking inspiration from quality of life mods to improve the quality of life for everyone is, in my opinion, an excellent practice

Do you think that zealot have something that can compete with such melee weapons, then?

I see itneresting changes and kind of want to try them out. I still don’t have enough agency to bother with the gearing system and know better than to launch the game in it’s current state…

Is anyone keeping track? Are we at new content yet or are these weapons late releases?

Sure buddy. Of course they have. They also delivered on the promises they made in November about the crafting system etc. etc. etc. etc.

Kinda ironic cause you probably don’t even understand patchnotes. They buffed 2 crap feats that noone use and will not even after this buff. So be carefeul with your words buddy.

If you want me to put it in zealot terms:

With slaugtherer the Illisi FS is more powerful than the heavy sword with headtaker. With Pskyer now sitting on around 40% bonus damage constantly (with force weapon), it is better against hordes and normal enemies and it’s better (but closer) against elites with stacked slaughterer.

Zealot still has more Mobility/Survivability/CC, but damage wise Psyker tops it currently. With at least 30% bonus damage the psyker has now (with the talent change 0 peril) I wouldn’t be surprised if it out-damages Zealot on every other shared weapon even with zealot’s +10% AS.

“Ironhelm Mk IV Thunder Hammer- A Thunderhammer slightly more capable of dealing with several enemies. It can cleave through multiple light enemies before dealing the obliterating blow while activated.”

I was really looking forward to this weapon because the Crucis Mk 2 Hammer’s special attack is unusable once you get zerged.
But the attack pattern of the Ironhelm Hammer is really strange. Would have preferred the Crucis attack pattern just with the new (improved!) special attack.

Not being able to try new weapons on unlocking them: brunt’s armory

Having to run past cosmetic shop to reach the armory being a scummy mechanic: armory moved next to crafting station on the opposite end

Crafting costs too high to be able to try anything: material drops greatly increased, crafting costs decreased

Psyker passive quell nerf unnecessary and unfun: nerf reversed into a buff

Psyker class too weak and dysfunctional unless using meta force weapon build: feats reworked to synergize better with all weapon types

Not all promised weapons on launch: new weapon types added in that fulfill the needs of what everyone wanted (for instance the thunder hammer, now we have both versions to do anything we want)

Overall almost weekly balance and bugfix patches.

Is it everything particular people want and are demanding?
Maybe not yet.
Does it justify rants about how the devs just aren’t listening to anything people are saying and deserve to be spat on whenever possible?
At least I don’t think so.
