Constant crashing on loading taal's horn keep

Issue Description (Required):

Select Adventure (or Chaos Waste) from main menu, game crashed when I started hearing ambient sound from the keep.

This started happening when I finished a chaos waste run with Waystalker, quitted the entire game from a public room, then relaunched the game. Judging from the log it seems to be related to a skin that turns out to be missing.

Things I’ve tried that didn’t work: validating game files, disabling all mods, disabling startup items and rebooting.
