Constant crashing, Deadlock Detected while waiting on 'main'

Returning to the game, last time I played I had no issues at all now the game performance is janky, stuttery, constantly having connection issues and always ending in a Crash to Desktop and this error.

Nothing I’ve tried so far seems to prevent this issue.

Looking in to this, and it would be helpful to know when did you switch your Radeon RX 570 Series to a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti?
