Exactly my problem:
Sometimes the game crashes when opening loot boxes.
There is another bug. In russian translation. Places description which appears during the gameplay have no spaces between 2 words, instead there is 1(a number). Will made a screenshot later.
This happened now. It means Server side error in russian. After that error comes the loading loop.
Even here no spaces in text. There is a 1 or l with dot.
