Connection problem with multiplayer

Connection issue, antycheat problem

Hi, i got a connection problem in warhammer when i trying join to someone lobby i had that messsage: unable to establish a connection, the anti-cheat system has not successfully verified this or any other instance. Anyone had this problem before? How can i fix this?
And i do this steps below and nothing.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory
  5. Upload here

Hi @szufptr,

Are either you, or the person you are trying to connect with, playing in Modded realm by mistake?

This can be selected from the launcher options. Please ensure both of you are playing in Official realm.
