Connecting to Twitch Crashes Game

Issue Summary: Game freezes and then crashes whenever trying to connect to Twitch

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Connecting to any Twitch account

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)

Additional Information:
I’ve tried with game video settings all set to off/lowest, disabling all mods, turning off all non-essential apps running the in the background, a totally different broadband connection.
Something tells me that it’s because I’m on Windows 10 version 1809. My friends that are on Version 1803 do not face this issue.

When the videos turns black, that’s when the game crashed.

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
