Ok, but only if the Ogryn also gets a giant two-handed greatsword.
Bleh. “We will not screw you till puss, only blood and tears.”
Interesting, I will say that base rating 300 is still kind of lowish still and should probably be in the 330-350 range but I take what I can get.
I also hope the psyker buffs will be something interesting rather than just giving brainburst other 5-10% dmg increase.
Increase that to 350, and remove perk and blessing locks. Stop pretending to do something about the abysmal RNG, and actually do something about it. I also notice Brunt isn’t mentioned here, unless that shop is counted under Armoury.
Keep spiting into community, we can wash up. But it seems you enjoy backlash.
Yeah the perk and blessing locking really needs to go, it only serves to frustrate players, there are no upsides. I want full control over what perks and blessings I put on my weapons.

Next week we will release a small patch including small Psyker and Ogryn buffs, bug fixes, and some crash resolutions.
Damnation became already a cakewalk with the huge buffs on blessings across the board. I mean, small buffs ok… buf where are the nerfs/ tweaks for some well-known weapons and Zealot / Vets?
More buffs will make the game just easier and easier… and the most still don´t even have access to T4 stuff. Please stop following the “buff please” - crowd. It´ll kill any kind of challenges left and makes the game more repetitive than it already is.

The base rating of weapons should be 360 to 380, not 300 to 380. No one at level 30 wants sub 360 rating weapons, we want close to or at max rating weapons.
I agree that where the game is (and has been for too long) right now, the base rating for Profane at level 30 should never be under 360.
However, now that they are clearly releasing things in phases that they have been working on… I am willing abd interested to see what thir next plans are before I make the same demands myself.
“Next week we will release a small patch including small Psyker and Ogryn buffs, bug fixes, and some crash resolutions.”
800+ hours of play time. The biggest buff they could give to Psykers is to fix their weapon blessings.
Warp Nexus - 10% of the crit bonus only happens when you cast above 97% peril, this can’t be working as intended.
Warp Flurry - the bar moves faster but there is a delay between it starting again, you don’t actually gain 50% faster charge time on chains.
Transfer Peril (Trauma Staff) - how can you actually get this if weak spot hits can’t occur.
Surge - Only triggers on your regular staff attack.
Force Sword (Unstable Power) - Up to 2-5% power scaling with peril… really 5% power at max peril, this needs to be in the 50-75% range.
Here’s 2 ogryn buffs to make them feel more ogryn
-
On ogryn only: Immunity to toughness ‘bleedthrough damage’ ie: what the beta did and tutorial says, an ogryn needs all toughness gone before taking ANY HP damage.
-
Allow a skull breaker the option to expend their Bull Rush to break out of a non monstrosity disable in a heroic, strong guy fashion! Roaring and suppressing those in melee briefly
Caught in net? Press F and tear through it! Dog on face? Press F and kick it off! Tumbling off ledge? Press F to… do a pullup
For teamwork-based gameplay preservation: you could make this usage have a longer cooldown than normal but it would be a unique mechanic that enhances the game’s fiction!
Why do you care then? If its already easy for you then let people who didnt luck out on T4 to have a shot at D5
All positive things from what I see, but the minimum rating for vendors and emperor’s gift should be 350 or 360 at level 30. No one is going to use anything below that, and it’s just a waste of player’s time and resources to include anything below those ratings.
If you want players to have a resource sink on base item crafting, let us shift the bars around on an item for a price, so that we can reroll the bars on a high rating item if we dont like how the stats are distributed. It’ll have the same result of consuming players resources, but it won’t feel like crap, and it will actually be useful to players.

To keep the game attractive to play?
I haven´t lucked out on T4 aswell, and? That´s the real issue. Damnation was already easier than V2´s cata before all the blessing-buffs. But it was in a “ok” state. You won, you lost…
Since crafting is fully available and blessings got huge buffs, it has become too easy. Any run i´ve done since the patch was a success without much trouble… and not even everyone has access to them, so it´ll become even worse.
It´s the highest difficulty, which should offer some challenge… and this is not a thing when you just “outstat” it. The game series should stay to its challenging and skill-rewarding gameplay. Poeple can still play around with low intensity or stay on T4 if they´re not that used to the gameplay. That´s why all those different difficulties exist.
Personally I think they’d be better off adding a T6 that isn’t paid for this time, with the same rewards as T5 for people after a challenge.
Also twitch mode.

T6
This will just split the playerbase and takes way more time to develop than stopping to overbuff everything.

Also twitch mode.
Not really needed. The RNG was also able to make you super strong. Chaos wastes did a better job here.
Yes d5 is easy when 2 zealots flame down hordes and 2 vets kill everything else, I was in such lobies (I had lasgun as zealot but the other one had a really good flamer)
The moment you dont go cookie cutter and have ogryns and psykers, maybe not with the best combos the difficulty starts to ramp up VERY quickly

stopping to overbuff everything.
I just can’t see this happening, especially with how V2 went down, good chunk of the DLC weapons are centralizing.

I had enough different lobbies before and after the patch so… yes flamers or bolter / powerswords kill everything in seconds. That´s the reason why that stuff should be nerfed and Vet / Zealot need tweaks anyway. But instead some poeple screamed “buff the others”, and that´s what FS did / is doing, so damnation became and will become even more stupidly easy.
Ofc having mostly the same classes can cause a disadvantage, but it was always doable. It´s all about the players and their skill, which will be never a thing again if FS continues to buff everything.

Yeah this is pretty good, they do need some buffs here and there especailly with the last patch removing psyker options.

For characters at level 30, you will no longer see a weapon with a base rating of under 300 from the Armoury Exchange, Sire Melk’s Requisitorium, or through the Emperor’s Gift.
Oh this, this is step in the right direction. Im wiling to bet a 300 basement on all weapons will really reduce the amount of garbage you see overall but if it doesn’t would you consider bumping it to even 320? If it’s applied to everything I can see actually buying and using weapons from malks being a bigger possibility over just using it for crafting fodder, same with emp gifts. i think a range of 320 - 380 would feel a lot better a you are doing +/- 30 instead of +/- 40

Yes, we’re currently developing the ability for you to see which blessings you have earned at the Shrine, and which blessings you still have yet to earn. You will be able to see the difference in all places where the blessing icon is present, including the Armoury Exchange and Sire Melk’s Requisitorium. Both the list of weapons, and on the larger detailed weapon card.
Good QOL change but it would also be nice to have a blessing library. Having to bless a weapon to see it is a bit cumbersome and awkward in a lot of cases so just having a book you can open would be nice.
More RNG negation stuff would be cool like removing siloing or locks.
Being able to trade down diamantine would also be nice as some characters have a massive amount of it vs Plassteel
Tell the truth im wondering if the team would consider re-adding the combine blessings button as the current system feels like a big part of it is missing without it.
Could you please give us a hint on what kind of buff to Ogryns (and to psyker) we could expect ?
Buff to their weapons ? Blessings ? Feats ? Auras / other attributes ?
Thank you.
