Community Comm-Link 2nd February 2023

I think you should fix detrimental bugs more than exploits.
Exploits are fun.
Getting flung out of bounds is not.

And I think we’ve already had a devblog on crafting.
TLDR: your current system is. Bad.
Very easy to improve though, just let us do stuff.

No crafting still? Who the hell is in charge there? A meth head?

Hi. Is that devblog also going to come next week?

They edited the picture to the correct date, 02/02_2023

Still, what a ridiculous mistake to make – how do you accidentally put 20/03_2022 instead of 02/02_2023? That’s outside of typo range imo

Thank you for the update! This is exactly what we’ve been waiting for… COMMUNICATION! XD

We understand the game takes time to brainstorm, code, and troubleshoot so please do not rush your work!

Personally, I really hope these Darktide dev blogs slowly evolve into something similar to Destiny 2’s “This Week At Bungie” posts that are released weekly. Darktide is slated to be a live game, and I’m 100% excited for that! The only thing I ask for as a loyal fan… is that you don’t keep us in the dark! XD

Thank you

the sheep enjoy their food, sssshhhhhhh

For the sake of this game please consider:

  • removing perks totally useless (+x% chances to get a curio, +x% exp, +x% ordos)
  • find a way to be able that refining only lock ONE perk on a curio…

This is seriously annoying these two things

So I wanna chime in real quick.

Why are you all praising Fatshark for this? All they did was give their announcement of an anouncement a title. They promised better and more open communication over and over and over and over again over the years, why is this one different?

The only difference between this and every other communication Fatshark has made since November is that there’s a title now. Halo Infinite did the same thing by calling their mid-season updates Drop Pods, and there have been very few of them and their comms havent improved either.

It’s all lip service unless and until they actually deliver something. An IOU written on a napkin and an IOU written on custom stationary mean the same thing.
