Upon attacking an enemy with a knife that has the Lacerate talent, it will proc itself increasing in damage and lasting permanently, it does not appear to work on monstrosities, and additionally also procs on shoves/active skills such as the Psykinetic’s Wrath of a Psyker
Step 1: equip knife with lacerate talent
Step 2: stab a non-monstrosity enemy
