Adjusted most enemy health pools, hit mass values, and stagger thresholds to be a bit higher overall, with higher increase on Monstrosities, with the goal to match the overall increase in power output from players.

It follows that, if elite HP keeps getting buffed, it would be because player power output was too high. Why is it too high? Analysis reveals certain weapons are overpowered, so called outliers.
How could buffing elite HP pools and thus making 80% of the weapon roster even worse be avoided? Nerfing those outliers so that all weapons are similar in power output. Why not buff the things that aren’t outliers? Because that’s 5x more work and balancing and potential messups.

Thank god Fatshark doesn’t balance based on your opinions. If I were to judge your community by your forum contribution I’d assume you are all incapable of any measure of analytical thinking.

maintaining Havoc 40 is just a weekly routine. Think of it like a weekly challenge in a mobile game—it’s simply a standard, structured goal people log in to complete with friends to unwind after a long day at work.

they don’t want havoc derank demotion being removed? ok…
but they want constantly ranking up which is virtually pointless when it is something it has already done countless times before and it just feels like more a weird player retention thing that doesn’t work anyway cause of the bad rewards, penances included.

I was providing various cheating evidence to Fatshark over a month ago to help them solve this problem, but it seems to have been indefinitely shelved.

And about the balance, my PERSONAL opinion is this

Boldly buff weapons/talents that no one uses, rather than meaninglessly adjust small values.

Nomatter how weapon/talents nerf, I still can pass any high difficulty or havoc 40

The consistent balance of Fat Shark has always been big nerfs and small buffs, and the balance baseline is gradually decreasing

I hope all bd/weapon performs well. It’s just a personal opinion, and I don’t really care about balances, no need for approval.

The most memorable examples for me are the Autopistol and Quickdraw Revolver.
Before their nerfs, back when Havoc didn’t even exist, I really enjoyed using both.
But after the nerf, they’ve become almost completely disappear in Auric maelstorm that times.

That person is literally using flowery words to say “you are bad, we are good” and the “you” refers to a racial/geographical demographic he’s not a part of. If saying “you chinese people suck at the game” is racism or narrowminded, then this is too.

Totally agree, don’t mix You and You people together. I have made this mistake before and I admit it. I won’t make such mistakes in the future, otherwise, I would mistake this person with fulfill racist type sh- for a stereotypical impression of the forum crowd.

How is that true when players are stronger almost every patch?

If your point is really “there is no powercreep, player power is decreasing” then I feel we aren’t playing the same game.
