Only affects the Mk VII Heavy Stubber.
The Mk IV and Mk V Heavy Stubber still gets +10 rounds from Charmed Reload.
Reproduction rate is 100% on the Mk VII Heavy Stubber with a lvl 4 Charmed Reload blessing.
No, I tested 3 models, all with level 4 blessings, all with 5 rounds instead of 10

nope i tested on mk 4 and mk 7 not loading in any bullets they still havent fixed it after hotfix update nun dissapointing
