I’ve noticed that when I’m playing Chaos Wastes and buy multiple traits/talents they are not working properly - for example if I got GK Horizontal Sweep and 35% move speed on kill then I didn’t get any additional speed - it is the same for every other talent that share the same category from the talent tree.
Is it intended or bug?

From what I’ve read it’s specifically when you buy talents from the in between level shops. Getting them as a boon in an actual level works. Haven’t personally confirmed whether or not that is accurate.
