Chaos Spawn can grab you while inside spawn door and leave you stuck behind

Issue Description (Required):

Similarly to before when Mutants could throw you behind the spawn door, Chaos Spawn can grab you while it is inside the spawn door and/or throw you inside of it.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. If you hear the Chaos Spawn is about to spawn behind the door , stand right in front of the door , you should still be able to attack the chaos spawn.

  2. Once the door opens , wait and let the Chaos Spawn grab you, it will then make you stuck behind the spawn door.
