Player can end up in the spawn box
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1: Be near a spawn door
2: Chaos spawn spawns in the spawn door
3: Chaos Spawn uses grab on a player
4: Teammate uses voice of command or any other grab break on chaos spawn
5: Player ends up in the spawn box, and cannot escape due to a invisible wall even when the door is open.
