Chainsword and chainaxe special attack

I feel like the special attack from the chain weapons, instead of turning the chainsaw on for every attack, should be rather a toggle.
What do you think?

I can dream, but i dont think thats happening since eviscerator and chainaxe already have attacks that rev up the chain without the special.

I think they want it to be that way, as goofy as it feels.

I think both the powersword and the chain weapons would work better if the special was a toggle.

Basically something similar to a stamina bar, that slowly drains once you enable it, draining faster with use then slowly recharging afterwards.
