Cash shop took my Aquilas but did not give me the skin

I’ve checked your recent purchases and can see the following on 24/07:

  • Sacred Texts, 900 Aquilas
  • Final Decree (Weapon skin), 700 Aquilas
  • Arbitrator Malocator Mask, 900 Aquilas

There appears to be no transaction for the Ogryn Rockcrusher skin. Could one of the transactions above have been made instead by accident?

If so, please let me know and I can help with a refund.
