Can't talk in discord server

Hello! I’m very sorry if it’s not the right place to post this here, I’ve tried to message discord mods but I cannot since they only accept messages from close friends. I want to give feedbacks and talk with people on the Dartktide discord server but I cannot because of the verify phone requirement.

Long story-short, long time ago probably I’ve accidentaly made a second discord account with the phone number, some time past and I’ve realised too late now the account with my phone number it’s suspended somehow and I cannot acces it to remove the phone number from there to put it on my main account…

I’ve tried to contact discord support but, heh, you may not believe it , I can give a screenshot of my tickets, my ticket it’s still not solved after 2 years and nobody can help me.

Is there anything else I can do to be able to chat on the server?

What’s your Discord username? I’ll take a look.

In the future, you can DM the Modmail bot to speak to the Discord mods.

I’ve given you the Convict role manually, try again and see if it lets you send messages.

Sadly, still requires me to verify phone… maybe isn’t something that can be bypassed?
